United States of Dance w/ Salah
January 16th, 2010 | Category: Breaks, Events, Newz
Friday night Jet Set Events Hall hosted the first party from „UNITED STATES OF DANCE” series.
The guests of the event were CRBL, CONNECT-R and BEBELUSA OANA.
Crbl opened the show, when he presented the first Onea Beat dance band – Jackpot. The dancers gave their all, arms slicing the air, bodies whirling and leaping at ever more frantic speed.
Then was CONNECT-R’s turn to heat up the atmosphere. He sang four songs: “Burning Love”, “People”, “ The love of music” and at the end “No woman, no cry”. He came with DJ Chris Meyer and his dancers ( Bodo, Banana, Gill and Boak).
After a short break, the girls from “ Forbidden” dance band came on stage.
But the speciall guest of the night was Salah.
Salah came to the Jet Set Events Hall with a clear intention: to give us a lesson about mixing love with dance. He made a short, but outstanding demonstration. The real news will happen today, January 16, at his workshop. He came prepared to teach people not only to dance but to put love and passion into this act.
Like a prove of his peaceful character he asked the audience to think a minute at the people in Haiti, at the disaster that just happened there.
I never seen anything like his dance before , like he said – his thing is poetry. It was dazzling!!
For the ones that don’t know much things about Salah I’ll tell you some. He’s name is Salah Benlemqawanssa and he was born June 28th, 1979, in Saint Denis, France. He is the first winner of Europe’s “Planet of Incredible Talent”,
His “MISSION” is to “SPIRITUALLY” and physically share his gift with the world in hopes of moving people in the “right direction”.
And if you want to see him in person and see live how he works his magic don’t forget you cand find him this Saturday and Sunday at JET SET EVENTS HALL (Bld. Libertatii, no.1, Rond Cosbuc – former Level Club, Bucharest) from 17:00 to 19:30.
