This month we brought together the likes of Fake Blood, Gossip, Example, Fatboy Slim, His Majesty Andre, Simian Mobile Disco, Grum, Kraak and Smaak and a whole host of other production talent and shaped it all into one very special and very different release, Destroy The Disco.

Now competition time has arrived again we wanted to do something extra special!!

Destroy The Disco represents a genre with little-to-no boundaries allowing for an unprecedented amount of freedom and creativity. Producers young, old, established and new appear on the album and all make a one finger salute to conformism and reservation. Go have fun, and break down the disco whilst you’re at it!
So, we got together with our friends from Avid and put together quite a package. Avid is a collective of the industry leaders in studio and creative products including the mighty Pro Tools, which has set the benchmark for studio software and equipment for years. We thought it would be fitting to give one of you the chance to build the disco back up again, maybe after a particularly successful session of destruction, so we are going to kit our lucky winner out with a starter home studio!
